Conditions
The person named on the
booking form (hirer) is over 18 years old and
agrees that he/she will abide by the following
conditions and ensure that all member of his/her
party will abide by the conditions
A deposit of 33% of the
total hire charge is required with the booking
form. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the
commencement of the holiday. Failure to pay
the final balance by the due date may result
in the cancellation of your booking and loss
of your deposit.
A good housekeeping deposit
of £25 is due 6 weeks before your holiday,
with will be returned to you in full no later
than 2 weeks after your departure provided that
the property has been left in good condition.
In the event of cancellation
by the hirer he/she must notify the owner immediately.
The owner will endeavour to re-let the property
and if successful will refund the deposit and
balance with the good housekeeping deposit.
In the unlikely event
of a complaint the hirer should immediately
contact the owner, using the details provided
on arrival. Any complaint must be notified to
the owner during the holiday to provide an opportunity
to resolve the matter.
No more than the stated
number of people may occupy the property. The
owner reserves the right to refuse occupancy
of the property should numbers exceed this.
The booking will be deemed cancelled with loss
of payment.
Smoking is not allowed. Sorry no pets allowed at the Hall or the Cottage
In the unlikely event
that the property is not available through events
beyond the control of the owner e.g. fire damage,
the booking may be cancelled and the hirer would
be informed as soon as possible and all monies
will be refunded in full with the hirer having
no further claim against the owner.
The hirer is reponsible for all contents viewed and downloaded using WI-FI during their stay.
Baggage and personal belongings are at the
hirers risk at all times and no responsibility
can be accepted for loss of or damage to any
vehicle or its contents.
