Woodgate Hall is a superb 17th century Yeoman farmhouse built in 1649 around the time of the English Civil War. We have sympathetically refurbished throughout to give all the benefits of modern living whilst retaining much of the character and features of a bygone age. There is even a cannonball we discovered when excavating part of the floor.
Downstairs there is a lounge with a slate flag floor, an imposing tudor fireplace and large original window with a window seat looking out towards the Old Man. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD and freesat with seating for 8 people on our leather sofas.

Across a flagged hallway is the dining room with a cast iron range cooker, exposed oak beams and another flagged floor. There is an oak dining table with seating for 8 people. From the dining room is a magnificent architect designed kitchen/garden room with oak units, slate worktops, heated slate flooring and a snug with comfy leather sofas for 8 surrounding a wood burning stove.

Also downstairs is a WC and cellar with central heating boiler and washing and drying facilities ideal for mucky boots and waterproofs.
